The “Board” of IPA FPE

The Board of Directors consists to have at least two members: a chairman, a secretary / treasurer. The other members of the board assume the role of Commissioner (s) and Liaison Officer (1x). In the by-law of the foundation those things will be provided, which aren’t settled and should be done, if they aren’t part of the foundation statute.

In composing of the Board, the following representation is used as a guideline.

• 2 persons being a Forensic Expert, 
• 1 person of a National Forensic Institute,
• 1 person comes from the Public Prosecution Office.
• 1 person an independent lawyer / forensic expert,

A Board of Trustees oversees the developments in relation of the objective of IPA FPE.
