Basically by starting with “your country codes”, next your “expertise code”, this code you will find it back on the site under Forensic Quality Circles, next is “year”, “month” and at last “0001”. Put between the code an underscore.

It could be an off-chance that this one is already in use 😡 change 0001 in 0002 or 3. Defining your username in this way will makes in the future easier analyses things. Thanks for your cooperation on this.
